For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

The fate of unrighteous mankind is to suffer forever in the fire of hell. But, we who submit our lives to Jesus Christ are saved from the coming wrath of God to eternal life in the joy of heaven. Our only hope is faith in Jesus.
